Talentera, the leading recruitment software for mid-to-large companies, approached us to create a long-format video telling their story, and we had one clear thought:

It can’t just be another corporate video!
Typical corporate videos are dull, overly formal, and may lose viewers in under a minute.

So, The Challenge Was Clear:
Create a video engaging enough to hold attention until the very end, while maintaining the bold, professional tone that reflects Talentera’s position as a market leader.


Pre-production Phase 
We kicked off the project with comprehensive office scouting to select locations that genuinely reflect Talentera's culture and story, while ensuring visual variety to keep viewers engaged throughout the entire video.

From there, we moved into creative treatment and script development. Next, we created a detailed, AI-assisted storyboard to maximize shooting efficiency and ensure a clear, engaging narrative flow.

The Outcome:
A 5-minute video that seamlessly walks through Talentera's story, achievements, and new releases, without losing viewer attention.

How Did We Make It?
We broke the typical corporate video formula by adding surprises and unexpected moments, delivered naturally through Talentera’s Product Manager, Alaa Saqr. We also used effects and inserts strategically to keep the video dynamic, engaging, and, most importantly, on-brand.

Definitely not. We turned the main video into a full-fledged video campaign, including various reels and executive-led tactical videos, widely used by Talentera’s product and performance teams.
